our special guest film and television actor Joseph D’Onofrio star of the newly released comedy Who’s Jenna…? currently the number one rated film on IMDB. Born and raised in NY, Joe is an extremely talented character actor who easily transforms himself in both comedic, and dramatic roles.His career seemed on the fast track to super stardom since he got his start playing young Tommy in Goodfellas (1990). and in fact he appeared in four films with Robert DeNiro, Night and the City (1992), as Slick in A Bronx Tale (1993), and Analyze That (2002). He has continued to prove himself a constantly in demand and working actor since, appearing in 90 feature films and television shows including a recent episode of Fox’s hit series Gotham.
One of my very favorites was his supporting role as Matty, doing battle with the psychopathic Dominic (Ronnie Marmo) over Shannen Doherty’s affections in William DeMeo’s (2016) boxing epic Back In The Day, fast forward to his brilliantly, likeable, hilarious, porn obsessed Andy Romeo in Thomas Baldinger’s recently released romantic comedy Who’s Jenna…? a quirky, crazy, adorable movie about a financial advisor (Bill Sorvino), who’s best friend (Joseph D’Onofrio) tries to convince him his new girlfriend, a conservative attorney is really a famous pornstar (Tracey Birdsall), the film also stars Gary Pastore, Vincent Pastore (Big Pussy), Michael Tota, and Vic Dibitteto.
